STRETCH NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT

Yoga is a powerful tool for physical health and mental well-being. Mindful movement linked with breath awareness helps increase strength, flexibility, and balance in the body as well as improving focus in the mind. Our experienced instructors will help you de-stress on your mat so you can optimize your life! Develop strength, flexibility and balance while relieving stress and cultivating focus of the mind for ideal well-being. Classes are beginner friendly while offering progressive options for experienced students. No matter what level you are, everyone can feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or standing with the aid of a chair. The class is perfect for those who want to experience the benefits of yoga but may not be able to participate in a traditional mat yoga class.

Mat Yoga:

Mondays – 6-7pm (Marissa)
Tuesdays – 9:30-10:30am (Holly)
Saturdays – 9-10am (Gaynell)

Chair Yoga:      Thursdays – 9:30-10:15am (Holly)

All classes require pre-registration by calling 804-559-6818. Cancellations are required 1 hour prior to class start time or you will be charged for the class.

4 classes $53.20  (5% off- expires in 4 months)
6 classes $75.60  (10% off -expires in 6 months) 
12 classes $142.80 (15% off -expires in 12 months)

All packages are non-refundable.
Pre-registration is required for classes, as space is limited to 11 students per class. Students may email us at appointments@healthlinkva.com or call 804-559-6818 to sign up. *The yoga studio will be open to students no more than 15 minutes prior to class. We strive to begin class on time, so we can better assist our students. Once class has begun, the doors will be closed and late students may not be admitted.
