Acupuncture has existed for thousands of years. Treatments involve inserting fine, sterile needles along pathways of Qi found on the surface of the body. Mindful movement linked with breath awareness helps increase strength, flexibility, and balance in the body as well as improving focus in the mind. Our experienced instructors will help you de-stress on your mat so you can optimize your life! Develop strength, flexibility and balance while relieving stress and cultivating focus of the mind for ideal well-being. Classes are beginner friendly while offering progressive options for experienced students. No matter what level you are, everyone can feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
Kundalini yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), chanting (mantra), mudra (hand position), and meditation that promote balance, health, and happiness.
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or standing with the aid of a chair. The class is perfect for those who want to experience the benefits of yoga but may not be able to participate in a traditional mat yoga class.

We strongly encourage pre-registration for classes, as space is limited to 16 students per class. Priority is given to those who pre-register. Students may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 559-6818 to sign up. You may drop in as a student, however, class may be full or canceled.
The yoga studio will be open to students at least 15 minutes prior to class. We strive to begin class on time, so we can better assist our students. Once class has begun, the doors will be closed and late students may not be admitted. Please sign in before entering the studio.
